Our passion for travel led us both to Cruise Center between 1991-1993. After being employees for 9 years, we then purchased our agency in May of 1999 hoping to make a life long career in the industry we dearly love.
Our agency has grown over the years and met challenges thrown at us from all directions including mother nature, politics and the economy. We all work closely together and have bonded as a family having experience ranging from 5 to 30 years together.

Suzanne Fisher
After graduating from Florida State University, I began my career in fashion merchandising. However, my passion for travel soon led me to change course and pursue what had become a true dream.
In 1991, I joined Cruise Center of Jacksonville as a travel advisor—and that’s when my journey in the travel industry truly began. In 1999, my partner Kathy and I purchased the company, and we are proud to have grown it into a thriving business built on lasting relationships, exceptional service, and a shared love of travel.
With over 35 years of experience, I specialize in crafting a wide range of travel experiences, including World Cruises, Ocean and River cruises, Rail journeys, Custom land itineraries, Safaris, and All-inclusive resort stays. I work closely with my clients through every stage of their journey—from initial planning to post-travel follow-up—because I believe every detail matters. I am fortunate to have a loyal client base, with many repeat and referral travelers across the country.
It has been incredibly rewarding to plan honeymoons, milestone anniversaries, and family vacations—often for multiple generations as families have grown. Building strong relationships with both clients and trusted travel partners and vendors allows me to ensure each trip is seamless, memorable, and truly special. My personal travels have taken me to many incredible destinations, with favorites including Alaska, Tahiti/French Polynesia, Iceland, Ireland, Hawaii, Italy, and Greece. I’ve also experienced numerous ocean and river cruises throughout Europe, the Caribbean, and Alaska, sailing with top-tier partners such as Viking, AmaWaterways, Regent Seven Seas, Windstar, Crystal, Oceania, Paul Gauguin and more.
My travel wish list continues to grow, and I’m always eager to explore more of the world. I am fortunate that my husband Scott shares my travel passion! One of our favorite shared passtimes is fishing and being on the water. We made a dream come true in 2016 by purchasing our successful vacation rental home in Seward Alaska “Fishers Hideaway” . We get to enjoy it a few times a year and we have rave reviews. I truly believe in living well and traveling often—because tomorrow is never guaranteed. Kathy Harris
Growing up in a Navy family, my passion for travel began early and evolved into a lifelong love of exploring the world. For more than 30 years, I’ve worked as a Travel Advisor, helping clients experience the same sense of joy, curiosity, and connection that travel has always brought to my life.
What inspires me most is the unique character of each destination—the culture, cuisine, and unforgettable moments that make every journey meaningful. From encountering extraordinary wildlife in the Galápagos and sailing through the Mediterranean and Greek Isles, to exploring Scandinavia and Russia, wandering the landscapes of Ireland, and experiencing the beauty of the South Pacific—from Australia to Tahiti—my travels have been rich and diverse.
Some of my most treasured memories include RVing through Alaska with my two sons, Brad and Chandlor, a reminder that the most meaningful journeys are the ones shared with family and friends. I specialize in designing personalized travel experiences, including ocean and river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, custom land journeys, and unique adventures. My approach is centered on making the planning process seamless, enjoyable, and tailored to your individual style and preferences.

I’m a graduate of Southeastern Academy Travel School, attended Indiana University of Pennsylvania, and have proudly been part of Cruise Center for over 23 years. I’m passionate about exploring the world and love guiding others as they discover new destinations, cultures, and experiences.

Chandlor Harris
I’ve grown up in the travel industry—my mom is a travel agent, so travel has always been a part of my life. I went on my first cruise at just two years old on the Big Red Boat, and from that point on, I was hooked.
I started working in travel right out of high school in 2012, and since then, I’ve built my career around helping clients plan unforgettable vacations. I specialize in ocean and river cruises, all-inclusive resorts, group travel, and fully customized itineraries, always focusing on making the process smooth, stress-free, and tailored to each client.
Some of my favorite destinations include Alaska, Ireland, the islands of French Polynesia, and traveling down the Rhine River on a river cruise. Whether it’s the breathtaking scenery of Alaska, the rich culture of Ireland, or the beauty of the South Pacific, I love sharing my knowledge and helping clients experience these incredible places for themselves. Truly pride myself on providing personalized service and expert guidance, taking the time to truly understand each client’s travel style, preferences, and goals.

As an Administrative Assistant at the heart of our travel agency, I’m passionate about keeping things running smoothly so that every client experience feels effortless.
I stepped into the world of travel in December 2025, and it’s been a natural fit from day one.
A proud Florida native, I know firsthand the joy that a great trip can bring and I love being part of the team that makes those moments happen. Outside of the office, you’ll find me exploring new destinations, getting lost in a good book, or spending time with my family and friends.

Belita Welch
With 17 years in the travel industry, my passion for exploring the world began at a young age during my very first vacation to Panama City Beach, Florida. Originally from Georgia, I’ve called Florida home for the past 24 years and proudly consider myself a Floridian.
When I’m not planning travel, I love checking off destinations on my travel bucket list, spending time with my husband, children, and especially my grandbabies.
My other interests include football, live music, great seafood, and getting lost in a good book. Consider me your personal travel curator and dedicated researcher. I specialize in creating custom itineraries and providing expert guidance on destinations, local customs, and required travel documents — ensuring every detail is thoughtfully handled. My specialties include ocean cruises, river cruises, and land and tour packages throughout Europe.
